Dana 35 Rear Truss System Under Cover Fab

UCF Dana 35 Rear Truss System. This is one of those parts that are almost required when building a custom link suspension on a Dana 35 rear axle. It provides a rock-solid point to mount your upper suspensions links. No more welding to cast steel housings. Just install the diff cover, put the truss body in place on the tube and weld it all up.

This truss system will come with a Dana 35 Diff Cover and an extra tab that has to be welded to the cover before the cover is installed. This tab is what ties the truss system to the cover itself.

The size of the link tab platform is 4 inch x 10 inch. The distance from the link mount platform to the centerline of the axle tube is 6 inch. Laser cut from 1/2 inch thick carbon steel plate, the truss body is heavy enough for any amount of horsepower. It is attached to a 3/8 inch steel flange that ties the diff cover to the truss body with 1/2 inch hardware.

Truss hardware not included (diff cover hardware is included). You will need to provide (3) 1/2 inch bolts and nuts. Shipped bare of paint so you can weld it on, place your link tabs, and weld it all up.
